Agreement
Tokyo Communication School (TCS from here on) agreed to the following between TCS and the student upon enrollment.
1. Terms of Service
TCS will provide the desired educational instruction services to the student while the student will commit to making the effort to the improvement of their language skills.
2. Payment of Enrollment fee and Tuition
2-1. Payment of tuition
Payment of tuition from the student to TCS will be due on the 26th of the previous month. Payment is to be made through PayPal to the name and address specified by TCS (in the event that the 26th falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the due date will fall upon the following business day).
2-2. Content of payment
Lessons will be held 8 times a month and payment is
145$.
3. Duration of Contract
The duration of the contract is from the day the TCS student enrolls to, following the provisions below, the day the TCS student officially withdraws.
4. Withdrawal (Dissolution of Contract)
In order to withdraw, please send a withdrawal notice to Sachiko by the 22nd of the previous month from the date you wish to withdraw by email.
